How do I fix "Results Missing"?

If you received a report that says "Results Missing" try the following:

(1) Verify your installation by running ESPlanner and clicking Help->About. Then, click Get CE version. You should see a version number displayed. If you do not, you have a bad installation and you need to re-install ESPlanner. You may install an update kit to replace the CE. If that fails to resolve the problem, backup your database (see instructions in Help->Support or on the FAQ pages) and install the full installation kit available on your web account under My ESPlanner->Downloads.

(2) If test (1) passes, open ESPlanner, click Help->Support and then click Save Logfile. Open a support ticket and attach the log file to your ticket.

For advanced users:
(3) Very often, this caused by an old bug in how the user defined assets were saved. If you have assets you have defined, you need to remove them and redefine them. (You can verify this by examining the log file where you will see an error about a missing "tag" in the CE log file).
