My Hard Drive Crashed. Can I get a new copy of the software?

If you lose your ESPlanner installation due to a hardware failure, you can download the full installation kit at any time during your subscription by logging in to your account at www.esplanner.com. If your subscription is expired, you can renew for only $50. Your new or renewed subscription is good for one year from date of purchase.

1. Go to www.esplanner.com
2. log in using your e-mail address you registered with.
3. Enter your password. If you forgot, click "I forgot my password"
4. After you have logged in, click Mt ESPlanner (top, right)
6. Find the files you may download on the DOWNLOAD tab

Installing the full kit will install a new database. If you have an old
database you want to use, replace the new one with your saved one.

The database is stored in My Documents\My ESPlanner and is called ESPDatabase.mdb. (Note: You can change this location at installation time. This is the default). See Help->About for the database location (at the bottom).

If you want to save a backup of the installation for later use, just save the download file. You can copy it onto a CD, too. You can also order a CD from us when you purchase.
