We have 2 children with special needs who will remain our dependents via legal guardianship after the age of 18. Is there any way to accomodate our family financial planning with ESPlanner?

At some point we will modify the program to permit you to tell it how long your children will stay at home. At the moment, the program assumes the kids leave when they reach age 19. So to handle your situation, you should enter the projected expenditures on your children after they reach 19 as special non-tax related expenditures.
