I have run ESPlanner on VMWare v.2 with Windows XP sp3 and with Mac OSX 10.5.6 with no technical problems at all. Visually, there is not much height available, even in full screen mode, because Windows and then ESPlanner have so many structured rows at the top of their respective screens, leaving much less space for your data.
I have Parallels but have not yet tried to run ESPlanner under it.
I run ESPlanner and do all development for ESPlanner using Parallels. I'm using XP, but Vista runs just fine on Parallels.
Best,
Dick Munroe
