UI UPDATE

This update contains an update to the default assets table which will fix the problem where the mean real return did not match the default values

Removed the BETA value for default entries. Only valid for user entered values
Fixed template to show current year on main report recommendations

Fixed a problem in Assumptions screen where if the inflation rate was changed, although the change was applied, it did not properly display the next time the screen was loaded

added "delete" and "clear grid" buttons to all grids for Mac-emulation compatibility
(Pension, Housing, Life Insurance)

Created a new series of screens for entering new family data. Data which is included into the profile when it is created is captured when the family data is entered (DOB, Gender). After entered it cannot be modified.
This is to avoid confusion when one of those values is changed and it is not reflected in the existing profiles.

Fixed the UI so that previous reports which got "lost" will re-open properly

Changed the Reserve fund to make it more user-friendly. Fixed a sign problem in the display of the fund value

PDF REPORT UPDATE
Fixed legends on Monte Carlo which displayed the names twice resulting in a garbled line.

Spelling mistakes fixed

Removed decimal from percentage displays in Pensions
