fixed bug in Monte Carlo asset display
applied change where changing to MC cleared previously entered rates of return when MC was turned off
fixed bug where app could crash if all profiles and families were purged
2.02.p07 In the Monte Carlo, nominal assets were being grown with the real rate of return, not the nominal rate of return, thus taxes were being under-reported for married and partnered cases.
