fire my job
I am trying to see if I should fire my job as per ”spend till the end”. How do I handle the 16k health insurance benefit I receive if I continue to work and will lose and have to pay on my own if I fire my job?
Thanks
Rich

Hi Rich:
That depends on what you intend to do about health care. At this point, that 16K is not "income," right? It's just cash you don't have to pay out.
So figure out what you intend to do about health insurance. Find a price out there I suppose (I don't know where you shop for health ins). And then, enter that cost into "Special Expenditures" as an annual cost for as many years as you need it.

Thanks Dan, I wasn’t sure if I should count the 16k as income now or not. This clears it up.
