Net cash flow is highly inflated.

When I enter a rental property in the real estate folder with the Monte Carlo turned off, the net cash flow reported when I sell is correct. When I turn the Monte Carlo on, the net cash flow reported is highly inflated. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Thanks,

Rich

Rich,

You aren't missing anything, we seem to be. I'll have to do a little digging today to see if I can figure out why turning MC on affects this (it's not supposed to). In my testing, what gets inflated is the sale value of the real estate, the lease income (which is what I used for testing) stays the same, right?

It will be published with the next update.
