ESP thinks Primary Home has a 30 year mortgage ending Year 2037. However, Main Reports / Total Spending shows substantial housing expenditures (PI as well as TI, presumably) in 2038 thru 2044 (my checkout year). Looks like ESP is continuing monthly PI payments?

I can't reproduce this problem here in the lab. We'll take this off line and see if we can't figure out if there's a bug or not.

ESP is working correctly. Upon closer inspection I see that the numbers for year 31 and beyond are the sums of property tax, maintenance and homeowners insurance. The mortgage payment stops after the 30th year. Sorry for this "user error".
No sweat. I still miss things too.
