2007 Special receipts/expenses Impacting 2008 Results

My profile still shows the special expenditures & receipts that I had entered for 2007. They are also showing up in the PDF report I just ran. It does not appear that ESPlanner is using this data in its calculations because deleting them did not change the 2008 and later consumption amounts.
I thought the program would delete them when the computer calendar rolled over to 2008. Do I need to personally delete previous year "Special" items?

Yes, I believe you do have to delete old special expenditure data by hand, but Lowell is the man on the UI so the definitive word will have to come from him.
