Adjusting the "Percentage Change" box in version 2.15.4

In the newest update of Esplanner (2.15.4), many, not all, of the boxes that are used to adjust a percentage require you to press the arrow up or down. You can no longer simply type the number in. For instance, under Assumptions - Taxes - if I want to assume 60% of taxable asset income received is capital gains I need to hold down the arrow until it reaches 60. This is a pain.

Well, there's a trade-off, since the ranges are narrow in terms of valid inputs. If an invalid number is entered, it simply is ignored. For example, 60 is OK but 60.01 is not, so 60.01 is ignored. Using the arrows forced correct input.
I'll revise it back to allowing typed input since we have to place a new CE update today and see if confusion reigns. So, it's back to prior behavior in 2.14.5
This is something to fix for the future.
