I already made the purchase online but I am unable to download the software.
(1) Paypal site -no response when I click the back to vendor tab.
(2) When I attempted to login ESPlanner website, it said invalid user id/password.
Your help is much appreciated!

Occasionally Paypal doesn't communicate with us properly. We've updated your registration to acknowledge your purchase. Go to www.esplanner.com, login (upper left side bar), go to My ESPlanner (replaces login in upper left sidebar), click Download ESPlanner when you get to your profile.
