Computation Engine Failed
I have just attempted to run ESPlanner, and are receiving this error message on a database that was working perfectly the last time I ran the program (6 months ago). I also get a request to upgrade the database when I start ESPlanner (which is new as best I can recall). Any suggestions on what I need to do to resolve this problem?

Jeff:
Can you copy your text over to a support ticket so that Lowell can give you hand with this? We just released a new update and I think a couple of others may have had this problem.

Dan, A new update? I thought we were still in beta 2.19.52. Has lowell posted a formal release but hasn't posted a notice? Of course since Jeff hasn't run anything in 6 months we have had at least one official update released over that time period.

Yes, it appear that Build 54 is being downloaded now, but it's not been announced. There may be a few glitches he's still working out.
I just stumbled on version 2.19.54. It's telling me to spend about $2B (yes, that's a "B") this year if I run Upside Investing.
As a serious suggestion - the "Updates" page doesn't seem to indicate anywhere which version of the program is the current one. I only downloaded it because I was going to do my semi-annual check on my retirement plan and noticed I didn't have any way to check whether my version is up to date. The new version was a surprise (and the result even more surprising!)
I believe that Lowell is going to update that page soon. He wanted to check something first before he created the new update page.
2.19.64 is the current version an should be pretty stable.
