"Computation Enginer failed or did not run"
When I try to run a report, I get the error message "Computation Enginer failed or did not run". I have no idea where to start to identify the problem.

The "My ESPlanner" directory was not created during installation. The reports are now being created correctly once I manually created the "My ESPlanner" directory in the "My Documents" folder.
This is addressed in the next update. Changing or adding the directory will fix the problem. See help->customize to change the output directory
