In the regular (not contingent) "Special" tab you can "grow" expenditures or receipts with a "Grow the selected entry by %" field.
The "grow" function is missing in the Contingent special expenditures and receipts tab. This would be helpful. For example adding in healthcare premiums that grow over time.

One more item for Contingent special expenditures and receipts...
The regular (not contingent) "Special Expenditures" tab lets you choose "Medical" as the type of expense as this impacts tax calculations.
In the Contingent Special Expenditures tab, the "Medical" option is not available. It seems like this should be available to more accurately calculate taxes if/when large medical special expenditures are modeled.

Last item for Contingent special expenditures and receipts...
The regular (not contingent) "Special" tab lets you enter user defined labels for Expenditures and Receipts. It then remembers those labels for additional use and is, in general, user friendly when doing this.
In the Contingent "Special" tab, it does not have the same level of user friendly features for remembering and reusing user defined labels. This isn't a big issue, but since the code already works for the normal "Special" tab, perhaps it could be identical for the contingent "Special" tab.
