Current Status of "Missing Results" Problem?
Has there been any progress in finding and fixing the cause of the "Missing Results" problem that has been reported by many?
I am unable to use ESPlanner since the 2.19.66 official update was released last month.
The update history area of the Web site still shows 2.19.66 as the latest release. I submitted a support ticket with database a couple weeks back and have seen no acknowledgments or updates since.
Has anyone else who has been experiencing this problem subsequently gotten a resolution?

The bug is related to the update process. If you have submitted a support ticket we'll take a look at it.
I am still having an identical problem and have not a reply (to my knowledge) of my support ticket.
