In my case, I am looking for a "local" support agent in the Los Angeles area. Though I have all the facts, I am not about to walk into a social security office with a check for $145,000 without working with someone face to face. Apparently no one I've spoken to is interested, or knows anything about this payback and recalculate social security benefits. I could sure use some advice. I'd be willing to pay.
