Document time periods covered by default assets

So as to better understand the data, at a minimum I would like to see ESP document the time period used to compute the asset statistics for the default assets.

Preferably you could include more info - the information source company and if the data is a published index/particular fund. This could be displayed something like:

Default Asset Source Index/Fund Time period
Large Cap Stocks S&P S&P 500 1926-2011
Cash Ibboston Yearbook T-Bills 1928-2011
Dimensional Core Equity I DFA DFEOX 1989-2010

Since the statistics are updated on occasion with new versions of ESP, perhaps an addition to the help menu could display this info. But documenting it, per version, on the website would also work.

I believe this info is really important in understanding the Monte Carlo results.
