When I try to set up the names in the very first screen I get a box that says Run-Time error (with a bunch of numbers)
Operation must use an updateable query
When I hit OK, it kicks me completely out of the system!

Your database is not properly installed. Uninstall ESPlanner. Re-install and pay close attention to the database location screen. DO NOT take the default choice. Choose My Documents (or Documents on VISTA). This should clear it up.
