Replaced a bad template file that was causing Monte Carlo to occasionally fail when Excel is the output method. Run the update to replace the templates.

It should be available by 7.30PM EST 11/22/08

Fixes a bug in the Social Security past covered earnings page where the TAB key did not move to the next record.

Fixes a problem where a blank record could get created. Also allows display of blank records which can then be deleted.

Fixed a problem where the hourglass cursor would remain after purging the database.

Fixed a problem where the close button did not always work on the computation start screen.
