Excel reports open in MS Works?
Will the Excel reports open in MS Works. I'm purchasing a laptop and don't want Excel unless I need it to run the reports for ESPlanner.

You don't need Excel to display report, you can use the Acrobat reports exclusively. If you need/want spread sheet output, you're stuck with getting Excel as we don't generate the spreadsheets, we use Excel to generate them.

Works' spreadsheet doesn't support the OLE technology we used included in Excel. Same goes for Open Office, etc. But, if you can dredge up any version of Excel (even 97) it should still work fine. But, that said, there's nothing in the Excel that's not in the PDF/Acrobat output.
