Feature Request: Negative Growth in Retirement Special Withdorawals

Suggestions For Improvements

The current implementation of ESPP (I am using v2.20.42) only allows Retirement Account Special withdrawals to be grown by positive amounts or zero in the user interface. I have found a couple of times I would like to enter Special Withdrawals with a smoothly decreasing amount through time rather increasing amounts.

The only workaround I have found is to hand enter each year with the decreasing amounts. Can negative growth amounts be allowed in the interface?
