Fields in Real Estate folder not functioning properly

I openned an existing profile and changed the year the property will be sold from 2020 to Never. I re-entered the receipts and expenses to show activity from 2010 through end of plan (40 years). ESPlanner now gives me an error message that says "Receipts listed beyond sale date". Yet there is no sale date. In addition, when I try to change the year the property will be sold from "Never" to a specific year (e.g., back to 2020), the field won't change ("Never" is displayed no matter what year I try and pick). And on several ocassions, the grid woudn't populate with the yearly receipt data when I clicked on the APPLY button. I had to exit the real estate folder and then return before the data showed up in the grid (but then that pesky message showed up again when I tried to exit the Real Estate folder - "Receipts listed beyond sale date"). So now my real Estate folder has no data in it because that's the only way I could get out of the Real Estate folder and exit the program.

Any suggestions on how to fix?
