Inaccurate Real Estate report

In the Lifetime Economic Security Plan report under the net worth page, the line item 'Housing Equity' only reflects my primary residence in calculating net worth, but I also own a vacation home (both my primary and vacation homes are mortgage free) who's value isn't included, thereby reducing my net worth by the current value of that vacation property. Everything seems to be entered into the program correctly. What mistake am I making?

Thanks,
Larry

We've had a few problems with housing recently (since the 2.0 upgrade to the CE) which we think are all squared away. Are you using the latest update? If not, try that.

Thanks for your response. I'm using version 2.11.3A and still having the problem.

I think the home equity doesn't include the vacation home at present. I will get that fixed in the next update

Ok, have ESPlanner on both my husband's and my computer. I updated to 2.11.3C today.

My husband has a version from last January on his.

When I ran the report, the PDF shows under NET WORTH, a real estate equity of $47,548. On my husband's computer it shows $267,548. We own 3 rent houses. The correct number would be from my husband's.

What should I do? Would the numbers on the excell spread sheet be incorrect also?

Thanks
Ginny

Looks like we still have something lurking that we haven't found yet. Could you upload your database, along with a description of the problem, and we'll take a look as soon as possible.
