i am retired now. just bought the software i am putting notes owed to me.
the note is for xxx amount of dollars with 10% interest amortized over 9 years. i am spending the money each month as part of my retirement.when i put the note in the special receipt's it grows in value over the 9 years. where do i put the payments so the note will be 0 in 9 years
