From everything I read I believe the amount under Mortgage on the Housing tab should decrease each year due to inflation and a mortgage payment fixed in nominal dollars being reported in real dollars. But on the output I get that amount does not change at all for the 29 years remaining on my mortgage. Please explain.

Check to see what inflation is set at in the Assumptions area of the program. Make sure that you don't have it set to change to zero in the next year.
