ESPlanner Team, You had indicated that your 1st quarterly update release was set for November 1 but I haven't seen a notice that it's been posted. Would you please update us on the release status?

I think I remember seeing Nov 8 as the release date, at least that is what I have been anticipating.

I was curious if they were close to releasing the update.
BTW, how's the SS repayment/reapply going?

JamesYes, we're close. Working on a few last minute issues associated with process which, hopefully, we'll have cleared up today.

I am confused. Is version 12.1 the planned November release, or is it a minor release and we are still awaiting the November release?
If it is the planned release, does it have the 2009 COLA adjustments for SS?

The most recent release (whatever the number was, I've been involved in other stuff for a while now) is the November release. Short of some kind of killer bug that made it past us, you'll see the next one in February, 2009 (should have all the new state taxes, etc).
