In general, the clock ticks once a year for ESPlanner. Several folks have attempted to do partial year planning with it, but with mixed to poor results. You can either dig out and enter your real beginning of year number and expectations or you can try to discount whatever back to the end of last year. Neither will give particularly satisfactory results.
