PDF Report did not run.

I downloaded the latest report and update. I tried one of my previous cases to see it run would give a different result. The report responded quickly with a message of "Commutation engine failed or did not run. See the log file for details.

One log file said:

Cannot fund start parsing information fir tag:
Find Optimum SS Benefits (full path/input/FindOptimumBenefits)
Error parsing c:/ Users/Tag/AppData/Local/Temp/ESP916.tmp
file at or near line number: 124
Error parsing c:/ Users/Tag/ApData/Local/Temp/ESP916.tmp.Survivor

File at near line number 124
Error processing ./espinput.xml

I will attempt to attach esp.pdf.reportlog.txt

The hardware confguration is new. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T520.

I did not see SP916.tmp in the AppData directory.

I did not the second page to attach the log file,

The log message:

Cannot fund start parsing information fir tag:
Find Optimum SS Benefits (full path/input/FindOptimumBenefits)

Means a badly formed assets list. Try resetting your Assets in Monte Carlo via (SHIFT) Restore button (bottom, right)

If the assets listed are blank then your assets files are not loading properly. See the FAQ page
