Problem: ESPlanner starts but appears to hang when loading the families listed in the database. It doesn't recover from the hang.
Solution: Check that compression is not enabled on the database file using the following steps.
1. Right click the database file.
2. Choose Properties
3. Under attributes click Advanced button
4. On the dialog that appears, uncheck "Compress contents..."
