Problem making copies of a Profile

I donwloaded ESPlanner onto a new computer running Windows 7 Professional. Everything seems to work fine except that I am unable to create any copies of the Basic Profile. Whenever I click on the "Save As" button, I get an error message that says "ESPlanner has stopped working" and "Windows is checking for a solution to the problem". Windows then closes ESPlanner. When I open ESPlanner, I see that there is a new profile in the list, but only some of the data from the original profile was copied (earnings and assets are in the new profile, but reserve fund details and 529 plan information are not).

Just downlaoded 2.19.81. Was this a know problem with 2.19.80?

no, no known problem with Save As. Usually when that happens it means the database driver encountered a problem, such as thinking a record that's there and it's not. That could happen on a "save as" aka "copy."

open a ticket and upload your database and I can take a look.
