It's been over a year since I last updated. I'm on version 2.18.23. To update to the current 2.19.88 version is it better to run the Update file or do a Full Install? Theoretically it should make no difference, but practically it might.
Looking forward to the new features, as well as the good stuff still in the works.

It hasn't mattered to me. The whole issue is the DB update and that will be the same no matter what. The update should be sufficient.
As usual, with all software updates, back up your system (or at least the Program Files\ESPlanner and Documents\My ESPlanner folders) before updating.
