I just downloaded and installed the program and I cannot get beyond the 1st screen to add a family.
The help window is open, and if I try and close it or try and add a person as suggested, nothing happens and I have to ctl-alt-del and kill the running process.
I am running windows xp.

Well, after applying the patch, I am able to proceed. Not very encouraging IMHO.

Well, I am extremely disappointed in this product.
It continually errors out and crashes to my desktop.
I was really looking for a product that was more stable.
Is there a real person/phone number that I can call before I pull the plug and dispute the credit card charges ?

Well, after uninstalling, rebooting, then re-installing it appears to be working, though I do get an error when I generate the report.
I e-mailed the log file to the support addy, I think.
