It is really annoying to have data for expenditures and receipts wiped out when changing one of the dates on the real estate tab. I am playing with these dates to see different scenarios and this is a problem.

Yes, I found the real estate expenses and receipts sections to be very glitchy. I reentered the same data a dozen times before getting it the way I needed it. If you keep playing with it you will get it straightened out. Don't break your computer monitor over it!
This works pretty consistently for me in 2.18.26. Please let me know if you see otherwise and exactly what the trouble is.
