Real Estate within IRA
I'd like to model a residential real estate investment within my IRA, and can't figure out how to do this. Has anyone done this?

Not that I know of and definitely something we don't do standardly.
If you have monte carlo available to you, you could model your real estate investment as a user defined asset, maybe.
Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
