Reserve Fund Guide
The guide states to 'Specify if the reserve fund income is taxable and the share of this income that your client will allocate to paying taxes'. Where in the program am I able to do this?

You can't. That feature has been removed. Reserve fund income is treated as regular asset income and taxed automatically. We need to update the guide.
