Second Change of Housing

We currently rent a home (by choice) in VA. Our "First change of housing" upon moving to FL in 2011 will also be to rent. Our "Second change of housing" will be to buy a house outright with cash circa 2016. However, when I print our reports, ESP shows a zero purchase price ... report item pasted below fyi. Seems to be a bug. Plesae advise or please fix.
