Some random UI issues in version 2.16.60 (Plus)

Hi,

I've just been playing around with 2.16.60 of the "Plus" version for a hour or so and noticed the following bugs/odd behaviors that would be nice to get a fix for:

- Every time I press Ctrl-C to generate a report the "Show Monte Carlo results" checkbox is unchecked, even if I checked it before. That didn't happen in the previous version.
- After running a (PDF) report and going back to ESPlanner, the "Planning method" node is collapsed, so the "Monte Carlo" subnode is not visible. Since I don't see a reason for this node to be collased, it would be better to have it open.
- For that matter, it would be good, if a node in the tree has a visual indicator, if it is collapsed. (The first time I restarted ESPlanner Plus, it just shows me the node "Basic Profile" under my family information and I thought I lost all my data and reentered it again.)
- In the "Monte Carlo" subnode on the "Build portfolio" tab, click on a portfolio other than the first (i.e. 2nd, 3rd, etc), then double-click on an asset. Once you close the "Asset Properties" popup, the portfolio content list on the right, will switch to show the content of the first portfolio, even if that isn't the selected portfolio.
