Special Receipts in Reports don't match entries

The special receipts column in the total income sheet does not match the amounts entered in the special receipts table. The errors are for 2007, 2008 and 2009. The amounts for these 3 years are all missing at least 1 special receipt for each year. Sometimes an ordinary income special receipt is missing and sometimes it's a non-taxable receipt. All the other years I've check have the correct amounts listed. all amounts were entered "as today's dollars."
Please explain.
