Does ESPlanner treat Special Expenditures - Medical Expenses the same as xpenditures - Charitable Contributions for tax calculation purposes, if each is created as tax-deductible? Or does it account for limitation of medical deductions to those over 7.5% of AGI?

Basically the same answer as before. ESPlanner doesn't specifically know about medical expenses (although that may change) so if you have a medical expense and it isn't (or the sum of them for any given year aren't) greater than 7.5% of your AGI, then don't even bother entering them unless you feel like it.
