Unable to activate Contingent Planning
Hi -- I'm unable to activate the contingent planning option. The option is entirely greyed out and unclickable. Ideas?

Contingent planning is not available if you have specified that you're single and childless. Otherwise, make sure the profile you're using is selected/opened when trying to activate.
What if you are single with 3 kids over 19 who may have a wedding or medical problem in the future?
I found the answer. -special receipts
I am trying to activate contingent planning for the first time. The Married button is chosen in my profile. The help says "To activate contingent planning, click on Contingent on the Profile Bar at top". The word "Contingent" does NOT appear on my profile bar at the top.
In the tree on the left side "Contigent Planning" is not greyed out. However, after clicking the Expand button, all the contingent planning sub nodes appear, but they are greyed out. When I enter the "Enable Contingent Planning" sub node or screen, it lets me check the boxes and click copy, but then the checked box immediately becomes unchecked. When I go into one of the other screens, like "Special", if I enter a special receipt for my spouse (since I checked the box for special receipts when I am dead), it will not appear in the grid after I click apply. This is frustrating. Please help. How come the checked box becomes unchecked after I click Copy and why can't I use the sub screens ?
What I am trying to do is manually enter a special receipt for a life insurance payment in case I die. I am not using the Estate screen for this, because we are going to stop paying our life insurance premium in a few years (when the payment goes up dramatically).
Should be resolved in v2.18.30 now available
Yes, it works now for me. Thanks for fixing.
