When i run a report I get:

I had this same problem. I immediately started using ESPlanner after it was installed. Inputting data, every few minutes, the application would unexpectedly quit and ask if I wanted to send an error report to Microsoft. This must have happened twenty times in my first hour of using the product. When I would re-open the application, all the data was there. Finally, I got smart and re-started my computer and have had no trouble since.
