Wages breakdown
Please explain more clearly how to enter wages ex. contributions to my portion of healthcare premiums which are taken out semi-monthly from my paycheck and my semi-monthly contributions to a FLEX spending account. Where do I then enter those figures (special expenditures?) Also, the best way to account for 401K contributions that are taken out of my paycheck? Thanks.

The 401(k) part is easy. Just enter in the retirement contributions area how much you contribute and how much your employer contributes.
As far as the FLEX stuff goes, the idea here I guess is that you are allotting say a thousand dollars (or whatever) to a tax-free pool for medical purposes. So it makes sense to me that you would enter this money as a special, tax-free expense.
That may not be as full an answer as you need, but perhaps others will help out here.
