Before reporting a bug, you must be using the latest released version of ESPlanner. If you are not, your bug will not be processed. To get the latest version of ESPlanner, go to My ESPlanner, download the latest installation kit and install it. If your bug persists, then report it and we will address it promptly.

For general discussion of ESPlanner, please use the Forum.

Many problems can be easily solved. You may find a solution in the FAQ list.

From time to time we request further information from folks reporting problems, e.g., we request that you upload your database. If we receive no response within two weeks we will close the ticket assuming that the problem no longer exists.
