Social Security:
There were a boatload of changes, mostly dealing with survivor and children's benefits. There were a few others that were mostly reporting issues.
State and federal.
Some changes here, but mostly bug fixes.
Some other minor stuff, 529 plan contributions are non taxable in some states, those got added appropriately.
There was a bug in the partner's tax routine that was fixed. Had to do with mis-calculating the tax burden on the partner. These also affect tax numbers and thus consumption.
removed all but profile name/title from page footer
added version information page at the end (note: this page will be optional in the next update)
fixed exception handling to force message or clean shutdown on failure
