ESPlanner 2.15.4 update released
The following changes and updates are included in this release:
- added Smooth withdrawal features under the Retirement screens
- added right-click select of matching records on special expenditures and receipts
- fixed problem updating today's dollars values when inflation rate is changed (affects 529, special exp.,receipts)
- updates financial data used in Monte Carlo to a database. Update date is shown on the About panel
- changes to database design

changes summary
- Fixes a small problem with assigned/estimated benefits and spousal benefits.
- Fixes bug in the conversion to independently specified collection dates for particular benefit
- Catches negative relative risks as errors which are apparently produced by the UI under some circumstances.
- fix for the self employed adjustment to gross income as per the IRS
- Enforce the borrowning constraint on the forward pass (Monte Carlo)
- The monte carlo withdraw1 function was using the actual draws from the future (Retirement)
- instead of the MEAN draws from the basic for the future to calculate the withdrawal.

- fixes a bug that resulted in mis-reporting the regular assets when anybody had SS spousal benefits
- Add year of purchase to the real estate processing, it defaults to the year in service.
- Convert the internal representation of dates in the social security module to the date type in the date_sub module.
